has made the "Christi"
pattern from Maja's Heirlooms
in a combination of cotton
prints from the "Posh" collection
from Moda Fabrics.
Sometimes it's
difficult to
find a cute pattern for the
older girl - but this one really
fills the bill.

Mary has
added a contrasting trim at the bottom of
the outfit top and at the pants cuff and has set off
the band with a jumbo rick rack trim.

Smocking
accents the
neckline above the
sleeve and also at
the sleeve edge.
The smocking plate
is an adaptation of
Ellen McCarn's
"April."

An
angled pocket has
been done on the capri
pants according to
the pattern. Mary
said they were very
easy! Sounds good
to me!!
