This wonderful dress is
done in white Imperial
broadcloth using the
"Margaret" pattern
from Children's Corner.

Imperial broadcloth is
often overlooked for
special outfits as it is
inexpensive in price.
Yet the fabric has a
wonderful sheen and comes
in a large variety of colors.
And best of all --- since it
is a poly/cotton blend,
it doesn't wrinkle!

 
     


The "Christmas Trees" patchwork pattern also comes
from the Children's Corner.  The trees can be made using
a printed fabric as we have done here, or they can be
decorated with your own embroidery and trims.

 

 

We've trimmed the collar
and cuffs with a Swiss-
embroidered edging from
Bear Threads and run a
row of DMC floss
through the eyelet holes.
