"Sandy" is a companion
outfit to the "Abbie" dress in the March/
April 2004 issue of
Creative Needle.
It is made from the
Childrens' Corner "Sandy" pattern
and is done in
Spechler-Vogel's tiny
pima plaid #704.

The collar is trimmed
with rick rack and piping made from the pima plaid.
Stitch the piping to the
middle of the rick rack
before adding to
the collar edge.
