March '07 Inspirations

 

We've made the new Collars, etc pattern "Will"
in a new linen from Fabric Finders.  It's really a
wonderful shade of blue!

The shirt (included in the pattern) is done in
Spechler-Vogel's pima cotton lawn.
 
   

 

 

 
Both the collar and the sleeve cuffs are edged with
entredeux and gathered lace.  The lace is from
Capitol Imports and is a pattern we call "Jack Frost"
because it is so delicate.

The lace insert uses insertion from the "Jack Frost" family
combined with a double dot pattern from the 1752 Company.

White mother-of-pearl shank buttons accent the shoulders.
