November '06 Inspirations

 

This is sister's version of
the paper-pieced applique.

The pattern is "Holly and
Hunter" from Bonnie Blue,
and the fabric is again
flame red corduroy from
Spechler-Vogel.  Double
buttons add interest
at the shoulders.

 
   

 

 


The paper-pieced Frosty is accented by holly berry
and carrot buttons as seen in a back issue of Creative Needle.
Once again, white rick rack frames the applique.
