September '07 Inspirations

 
 

Carol made this soft
blouse and jumper set for
her sweet granddaughter.
The pattern is "Kitty" from
the Children's Corner for
both the blouse and the jumper.

Fabric for the jumper is
Robert Kaufman's wonderful
leaf green corduroy - 
it seems to go with
everything!

 
   

 

 


Carol made the ruffle in the same fabric as the jumper
and used our smoked pearl buttons from The Button Company.

The blouse is done in Michael Miller's "Dazzle Daisy" cotton print
with piping in black broadcloth.  It would also be cute piped
in a black pima check.  We love the tailored sleeves in this
new blouse pattern - I think it will be another favorite!

 

 
 

Here's a good view of the back of the outfit
showing the curved band which extends to become
